What We Do
HCOP is a modular, rapidly deployable preventative health assessment platform. We are not a clinic, a telehealth service, or a wellness program. We are the intake, synthesis, and continuity layer the system is missing.
Scalable Deployment
We establish temporary intake and evaluation centers in existing spaces (e.g., ballrooms, empty storefronts), enabling structured onboarding and multi-station testing, including phlebotomy, EKG, and motion capture.
Bimonthly Continuity
HCOP visits the same location every other month, establishing a baseline and creating a continuous feedback loop to track progress, reinforce behavior, and detect early deterioration.
Actionable Insight
Each visit produces a clear, structured health profile with prioritized next steps, enabling patients and providers to understand trajectory—not just isolated results.

At the same time, comprehensive preventative care has become a luxury—accessible to a small portion of the population, while the majority engage only after conditions have advanced.
